Abu Dhabi Police honors 80 talented members

AbuDhabi(News Desk)::The Human Resources Sector at the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police celebrated the honoring of 80 talented members in appreciation of their efforts and achievements that have had an impact on the leadership. The honoring included the talented since the establishment of the center, according to the fields approved by the Talent Management Center.

Major General Omran Ahmed Al Mazrouei, Director of the Human Resources Sector, congratulated the honorees, stressing the important role of the center in discovering and nurturing talents through preparing specialized rehabilitation programs to develop and invest in talents, and benefiting from them in achieving the vision and mission of the Abu Dhabi Police, which is a pioneer in supporting talents and providing an appropriate environment for its talents to unleash their energies and invest them in an effort to achieve the strategic goal of “optimal investment in talents and human capital.”

He pointed out the pioneering role of the Talent Management Centre in implementing talent discovery and sponsorship operations and the attention it pays to preparing specialised rehabilitation programmes to develop and invest in Abu Dhabi Police talents, wishing everyone to continue working and striving to achieve more accomplishments with the aim of retaining them and enhancing the quality of life in the work environment.

Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Zaabi, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Sector, said that the center succeeded in achieving the aspirations of exploring and identifying internal talents, matching and classifying the available talents with the needs of Abu Dhabi Police, measuring the existing talents and subjecting them to a set of tests and standards in coordination with the relevant authorities.

In his opening speech at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Salem Al Falahi, Director of the Talent Management Centre, praised the police leadership’s support for the talent management system and commended the efforts of the talented in achieving accomplishments through sponsorship programmes and individual participations, pointing to the centre’s efforts since its establishment in 2017 in attracting talents in coordination with police departments, preparing reports and studies to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and programmes specific to the centre’s activities, and proposing development programmes for it and following up on their implementation.
