    Rome(News Desk):: Hotel D’Ingletra Rome – Starhotels Collezione announced its reopening today after a comprehensive renovation that has given it a new look while preserving its historical authenticity. The renovations included the exterior façade, rooms and suites, as well as the redesign of public areas, such as the famous Romano restaurant and café. Thanks to the ingenuity of Italian craftsmen, the hotel now combines rich heritage with modern luxury, offering guests a unique experience of comfort and luxury in the heart of Rome.

    In addition to its recent renovations, the hotel stands out for its rich historical heritage, as it was originally established as a private guest house for guests of the nearby Palazzo Torlonia. Since its conversion into a hotel in the mid-19th century, it has become a favorite destination for the global elite. This is due to its exceptional location, just steps away from the famous Spanish Steps and the prestigious Via Condotti, as well as its elegance that combines heritage and luxury.

    Now, after a comprehensive restoration of its historic façade, protected by the “Authority for the Protection of Historic and Artistic Assets”, the renovation of all rooms and suites and the “Caffe Romano” restaurant, in addition to the renovation of the comfortable salons that hosted artists, writers and travelers throughout the ages, the Hotel d’Ingletra is returning to its original glory, reinforcing its commitment to providing an exceptional and luxurious experience for its guests.

    In celebration of the hotel’s exceptional heritage, the project was executed by the Starhotels team of designers under the supervision of Chairman and CEO Elisabetta Fabbri. This meticulous process included preserving historical architectural elements and restoring valuable antique furniture and fixtures. To enhance the hotel’s timeless elegance, the spaces have been redesigned, inspired by the magical atmosphere that captivated travelers during the era of grand voyages.

    As part of Starhotels’ La Grande Bellezza – Factory of Dreams initiative to promote Italian craftsmanship, skilled Italian artisans have contributed to the restoration of the hotel. This collaboration has given the hotel a fresh and authentic feel, seamlessly integrating ‘Made in Italy’ design touches, reflecting Italian excellence in every corner.

    The rooms and suites, which have been reduced from 84 to 80 to provide more space for luxurious design, feature a special atmosphere that allows our guests to experience comfort and distinction. Each room and suite has its own character and design, where carefully restored antique furniture is combined with contemporary pieces of high craftsmanship, to create an authentic character that reflects individuality and distinction in every corner of the hotel.

    The famous Romano Restaurant and Café will be redesigned as a magnificent Roman lounge, providing the perfect setting for enhancing the experiences of communication and meeting between guests. The restaurant will also enable the launch of a renewed and innovative dining experience in the coming weeks. In addition, Hotel D’Ingletra will soon open a luxurious and intimate spa, designed to offer an exceptional relaxation experience in the heart of Rome, along with a private rooftop terrace that allows guests to enjoy a stunning view of the Eternal City.

    Dubai(News Desk):: The world unites in honoring Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation in India and a global symbol of peace and nonviolence. October 2nd, also recognized as the International Day of Non-Violence by the United Nations since 2007, serves as a day to commemorate Gandhi’s enduring contributions to humanity and the spread of his principles worldwide.

    In a collaborative effort to mark this occasion, Indian entrepreneur and philanthropist Mr. Rizwan Adatia, through his “Human for Humans” initiative, joined forces with the Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies (ESRC) to celebrate the 155th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth at Swissotel in Dubai. The event was held under the esteemed patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Consultative Council and Chancellor of Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies.

    In his keynote address, H.E. Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi highlighted the UAE’s deep commitment to being a global hub of tolerance, peace, and coexistence. saying, “As a nation that proudly welcomes all civilizations and cultures, the UAE embodies the principles of peace, dialogue, and mutual respect.He added, “In an increasingly divided world, the UAE stands as a beacon of tolerance, a place where people of diverse backgrounds come together to build a shared future.

    Reflecting on his personal connection to Gandhi, Mr. Rizwan Adatia recounted his own birth in 1969, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of Gandhi’s birth, and his upbringing in Porbandar, India—Gandhi’s hometown. He fondly recalled the streets where he grew up, near Gandhi’s former residence, now a Museum, and the profound impact of Gandhi’s legacy on his life.

    Mr. Adatia also shared experiences from his interactions with global leaders, including India’s Prime Minister and Mozambique’s President, among others. He underscored the importance of unity and collaboration in addressing global challenges. “What better day than Gandhi Jayanti to remind ourselves that together, we have the power to reshape the world. The challenges we face today may seem enormous, but through development and a commitment to helping our fellow human beings, we can overcome them,” he remarked.

    Dr. Firas Habbal, President of Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies, paid tribute to Gandhi’s enduring contributions and called upon the business community to support ESRC’s research initiatives. He highlighted the UAE’s multicultural environment, home to over 200 nationalities, and praised the Indian community’s significant contributions. Dr. Habbal also encouraged Indian universities to deepen their partnerships in education and research with the UAE.

    The event was graced by a distinguished audience, including UAE officials, business leaders, members of the Indian diaspora, embassy representatives, media professionals, and other esteemed guests.This commemorative event served as a poignant reminder of Mahatma Gandhi’s lasting influence and the crucial need to uphold the values of peace, unity, and humanity in today’s complex world.

Celebrating the grandeur of Indian cinema, IIFA Festival is being held under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance & Coexistence, in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and Miral, for an unprecedented third showcase of Cinematic Excellence on 27th-29th, 2024 in Yas Island Abu Dhabi,Bringing together the best of Indian cinema, the official opening press conference of the IIFA Festival showcased a spectacular display of stardom, with IIFA Awards hosts and performers in attendance, featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Vicky Kaushal, Rekha, Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, along with IIFA Utsavam 2024 hosts and performers, including Rana Daggubati, Teja Sajja, Akul Balaji, Vijay Raghavendra, Sathish, Diya Menon, Sudev Nair, Pearle Maaney, Rockstar DSP, Shane Nigam, Raashii Khanna, Pragya Jaiswal, Malashri, Aradhana Ram, and Regina Cassandra. Joining them were
    IIFA Rocks hosts and performers, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Abhishek Banerjee, Shilpa Rao, Iulia Vantur, and Karan Aujla.
    Joining the all-star line-up at the press conference was an impressive array of talent and industry luminaries, spanning across Hindi cinema and the vibrant South Indian film industry, alongside international dignitaries, cinema enthusiasts, and media representatives from across the globe.
    The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, the world’s grandest celebration of Indian cinema, proudly introduces its transformative initiative, “I Can Make A Difference” advocating Small Steps, Big Impact – Empowering Change Through Collective Action. This initiative reflects the core values of IIFA, underscoring that  represents both the academy and the individual’s ability to make a difference.
    By harnessing the powerful platform of cinema as a force for advocacy, IIFA integrates the I Can Make A Difference initiative into its foundational mission, aiming to catalyze positive change, raise awareness, and mobilize resources for social causes that extend beyond the elite or those in power.
    IIFA unveiled its noble initiative titled I Can Make A Difference, partnering with Sobha Group as its official Cause Partner.     The media event also included the launch of the I can Make A Difference badge for IIFA2024.
    The press conference also featured the unveiling of the Kuberan Film City  Institute, a new world class production and talent training-development facility that’s being set up in Goa, a destination where multiple films and OTT projects are filmed.
