Internal Auditors Association” honors Abu Dhabi Police
AbuDhabi(News Desk)::The UAE Internal Auditors Association honored the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police for the Internal Audit Office receiving the “Generally Compliant” rating during the awards ceremony to recognize the internal audit function, in appreciation of its efforts and continuous interest in ensuring quality.
The award was received by Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Salem Al Mansouri, Director of the Internal Audit Office at Abu Dhabi Police, at the Audit, Fraud and Information Technology Conference, which brought together professionals in the field of internal audit, fraud control, cybersecurity and information technology experts from all over the world, under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy.
The “Generally Compliant” rating is the highest rating according to the international standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors in the country and comes in appreciation of the efforts of the Abu Dhabi Police and its professional practices in this field.This evaluation tops the list of three classifications on the UAE Internal Auditors Association’s Quality of Evaluation Scale and confirms that the Abu Dhabi Police Internal Audit Office has proven its commitment to international standards in all aspects.
