His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has approved the appointment of 22 Chief Executive Officers for Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Dubai government. This initiative is part of a forward-thinking vision aimed at enhancing the integration and benefits of AI in the development of government operations.

Hamdan bin Mohammed stated: “Today we approved the appointment of 22 Chief AI Officers in government entities in Dubai as part of a future-driven vision focused on utilizing AI in government work. This move will support Dubai’s journey and expertise, and transform its horizons in developing innovative solutions built on advanced technology.”

The appointment of the new Chief AI Officers in the Dubai government is a significant step toward realizing our vision for the future of government work, in alignment with the Dubai Universal Blueprint for AI. We expect them to transform our vision into reality by accelerating their efforts and doubling down on our initiatives.
