Spanning an expansive 4700 square feet across two floors, Korma Sutra promises Dubai residents a unique blend of exquisite interiors, global culinary delights, live music, and shisha.

The mission of Korma Sutra Restaurant is to provide a relaxed yet energetic environment where shisha enthusiasts and music lovers can come together to weave a “Sutra—a thread/string” of good times. The name, a clever play on words, reflects the restaurant’s commitment to creating memorable experiences.

Founded by musician and entrepreneur Rahul Sharma, Korma Sutra aims to be more than just a dining destination. Rahul, growing up surrounded by renowned musicians within his family, harboured a dream to create a platform for local artists. With the Korma Sutra, he brings his passion for food and music together, offering a stage for local talents to shine.

Korma Sutra’s interior is an artistic expression of freedom and a vibrant lifestyle. Neon-lit artwork inspired by a rainforest theme, coupled with a dark ambiance, invites patrons to relax and enjoy live bands from across the globe while indulging in tempting dishes. The restaurant can accommodate 55 guests on the ground floor and 70 on the first floor.

Heading the culinary experience is Chef Ramesh Bhatt, with 18 years of experience in the UAE market. The international menu curated by Chef Bhatt caters to the diverse palates of UAE residents. From tantalising starters like Batata Harra, Avocado Toast, and Dynamite Shrimps to gourmet delights like Grilled Salmon, Lamb Chops, Turkish Barbecues, Tacos, Pizzas, Pasta, and more, Korma Sutra promises a culinary journey like no other.

Dessert lovers will find solace in offerings such as Turtle Cheesecake, Chocolate Fondant, Saffron Milk Cake, and a fresh fruit platter. The beverage menu compliments the dining experience with a selection of mocktails, including Adams Apple, Atro, Grasshopper Melon Splash, Cold Ice Teas, Frozen Coffees, Fresh Juices, and more.

To enhance the overall atmosphere, Korma Sutra will pair live music with classic, signature, and Russian shisha flavours.
