GAMERGY begins its World Tour 2025 with a successful first edition in MENA
The event gathered thousands of fans in Cairo to enjoy a wide program of activities, becoming one of the benchmarks of the gaming industry in the region
Dubai (News Desk)::GAMERGY, one of the largest esports, gaming, and entertainment events in the
world, announces the success of the inaugural edition of its World Tour 2025 in MENA, which took place
in Egypt and it was hosted by IMKAN Misr at Alburouj New Heliopolis, Cairo. Thousands of visitors
gathered from January 30 to February 1 to enjoy a multitude of activities, with official attendance by Mr.
Ahmed Abdel Khaleq, General Manager of Tourism and Sports Events at the Egyptian Ministry of Youth
and Sports.
This event comes as part of the tourism and sports events agenda of the Ministry of Youth and Sports,
which aims to organize the best local and international events in a professional manner that suits the
name of Egypt.
Brought to the region by MENATech Entertainment (a GGTech Entertainment subsidiary), the first
edition of GAMERGY in MENA resulted from a strategic collaboration with ievents, Influence Group, and
eProjects LLC.
The event was hosted and sponsored by IMKAN Misr, powered by e& Egypt, with entertainment partner Twist Music, official ticketing partner TicketsMarche, official energy drink Red Bull, and Samsung, which is providing mobile phones and TVs as the electronics partner. Additionally, the event is sponsored by Domty and the Export Development Bank of Egypt- EBank.
